Who is it for?
It suits businesses whose teams are not at a desk, such as field sales, technical service, haulage and logistics, where customers must always be able to reach someone. The unit cost falls as the number of lines and devices grows.

Frequently asked questions
Will my number change when I move to a cloud PBX?
No. We port geographic and 0850 numbers. We prepare the porting application, and the interruption during cut-over is usually under 30 minutes.
Does the phone work if the internet goes down?
When the primary connection fails, we define a failover rule that routes calls automatically to mobile phones or a backup number. For critical locations we recommend a second internet line (4G/5G backup).
How much internet speed is needed for voice quality?
Each concurrent call uses about 100 kbps of upstream bandwidth. For 30 concurrent calls you need 3 Mbps of dedicated upstream capacity, latency below 150 ms and packet loss below 1 percent.
Do I need to buy phones?
Not necessarily. The computer and mobile apps are free with the plan. If you want desk phones you can buy or rent them monthly; your existing SIP-compatible devices can often be reused.
How long are call recordings kept?
30 days, 90 days or 1 year depending on the plan. The period can be extended, and you can set the period your industry requires in the contract. Recordings are deleted automatically afterwards and are kept encrypted in data centres in Türkiye.
