How many channels do I need?
We look at the maximum number of simultaneous calls in the busy hour. We use an Erlang B calculation targeting 1% blocking; for example 10 Erlangs of traffic needs 18 channels.
Which PBXs does it work with?
It works with most IP PBX and contact centre systems that support the SIP standard. We run a free compatibility test before installation.
