Calendar Availability Sync
An employee in a meeting automatically shows as busy; calls go to voicemail or a delegate.
A phone ringing while an employee is in a meeting hurts both the caller and the meeting. Calendar sync ties the corporate calendar status to the presence information on the PBX.
